Our next wonderful DIK lady is Shannon!Shannon lives in Chicago where, when she's not busy with teacher stuff (haha), she spends way too much time reading and thinking about cooking. She says she doesn't actually do much real cooking these days, but boy does she think about it! Now that summer vacation has begun she'll start doing more cooking, and TONS more reading. Shannon also believes that should Dwayne Johnson even meet her he would agree that she is perfect and swoop her up in those amazing arms of his. (of course he would...just look at them!)

little alys- Come on, admit it! Jules is wonderful. His only flaw is that he would not find me attractive (lack of penis and all that). He's hot, sweet, passionate, super smart, brave, fashionable, funny, loyal... the list keeps going. :)
Ana- I do have a bunch of recipes on my other blog. They are all gluten free, though. We just made the most amazing turkey burgers last night with shredded zuccini and carrots. Yum!

I love looking in cookbooks...I just bake instead of cook.
Cooking or baking, I love it all. I currently have a Blueberry Cardamom Coffeecake in the oven. We shall see hoe it turns out. Gluten free baking is always a bit hit or miss.
