I have been umming and awwing about Jaquelyn Frank. It's like you either love her or hate her.
I'm on bk 7 of the In Death series and quite frankly getting a little bored. I'm really only hanging in because of Roarke. Hmm, juicy goodness.

Gerard wouls totally ROCK Roarke. But then Gerard would rock most heroes. It's funny how often hs face appears when I'm reading a good book.
I don't see Gerry as Roarke, he's too muscular. Butler, I mean. Roarke is always described as long and lean. No disrespect meant to Gerard Butler. Based on that picture I could see Hugh Jackman as Roarke.
I started to burn out on the In Death books because JDR pulled back from the Eve/Roark dynamic. But she learned her lesson and I think they've become interesting again in later books in the series.
Samantha - Geery can do lean. He was a lot less bulky in Dracula 2000 and Timeline.
However, I will admit that after thinking about it, whenever I think of Roarke, Gavin Rossdale pops into my head. DOn't ask me why, cause I'm not sure he looks anything like roarke, but there you go.
I am trying to think of suitable menz who could play Roarke, but I am drawing a blank at the moment.
