Bwahaaaa!!! Scary Tune With Lots Of Monsters and Weirdness... :P

Songs don't really scare me but this one always did give me the creeps. Maybe it's the Michael Jackson werewolf transformation? Or, the choreographed Zombies bursting from graves which then dance along with other monsters?

Or, maybe it's Michael's red leather jacket? Yikes... Werewolves, Zombies and space aliens... Oh my!

Then there is Vincent Price's very distinct deep scary voice narrating..... Now that was Halloween creepy...

Darkness falls across the land
The midnite hour is close at hand
Creatures crawl in search of blood
To terrorize y'alls neighbourhood
And whosoever shall be found
Without the soul for getting down
Must stand and face the hounds of hell
And rot inside a corpses shell
The foulest stench is in the air
The funk of forty thousand years
And grizzy ghouls from every tomb
Are closing in to seal your doom
And though you fight to stay alive
Your body starts to shiver
For no mere mortal can resist
The evil of the thriller

Hi Lea!

I had this on my blog until it was disabled, my favorite weird MJ song. Love Vincent Price's rendition of the Poe's poem and the evil laugh that accompanied it. BWHAhahahahaha! Too much fun!

Have you Jethro Tull's The Passion Play....freaking weird....but then again, the creepiness of Halloween.....very Alice in Wonderland like.

LOL Yeah, while I have to admit the costuming and the dancing in this video is well done, Price's rendition of the poem is what really makes it spooky I think.

He had such a distinctive voice and was able to add inflections that made it so "Halloween", perfect.. lol

My oldest daughter has been watching this vid on You Tube almost constantly since MJ died. Once they figured out he had cool music my kids have been very into it.
